If the editor of a series so chooses, they can establish a review board (e.g., AFRO PWW). If an individual author requests peer review, we will work with liaison librarian to facilitate the process:

• Identify reviewers:  Author and liaison librarian
• Send requests for single-blind review via OMP:SCP staff
• Review the reviews for quality and coherence: liaison librarian and SCP staff
• Share reviews with author: liaison librarian and SCP staff
• Manage revision process and communications with author: Liaison librarian (with help of SCP staff)
• Final decision: SCP EIC
