The Mathematics Library receives many materials in several different languages. Our reference collection contains many language dictionaries for translation assistance. If this is not the help that you are looking for, many language departments on campus have lists of individuals willing to work as translators. You can call the department's main office and ask for such a list. Keep in mind that this is not a free service; you will likely have to pay some sort of fee for this assistance. 

You may want to search either (or both) MathSciNet or Zentralblatt MATH to see if an English version is available. 

You may also use Ulrich's International Periodicals Directory, available online.
