Our primary focus while at the desk is on answering questions so we cannot reliably watch a patron's belongings (bag, purse, laptop, etc.) while they leave the area for any length of time. If a patron asks you to watch or store their belongings, explain this to them and advise them to take their belongings with them. Unattended bags, etc. may be stolen or removed by Library staff.
