If you get questions about citation management tools/resources, such as Zotero, Mendeley, and EndNote, here are the people to whom you can refer patrons:

  • Zotero and Mendeley 
    • Piper Martin, Teaching, Learning, and Academic Support (pm13@illinois.edu). Piper will consult with the TLAS GAs who teach these workshops to determine the best course of action for the patron.
