Although the Library often has to pay to borrow materials for our patrons these fees are usually not passed on to users for ILL requests for research materials. If costs of materials grossly exceed what we are able to pay to obtain them, we will let you know if a cost-share option is possible. This usually pertains to materials that we are able to obtain from the archives or special collections of other institutions.

The maximum amount that the Interlibrary Loan Office will spend on one citation is $35.00. If the item you need exceeds that amount, we will provide you with a referral for where the material can be viewed or purchased.

Please note that University Library funds are used to support this service. Help us be good stewards of our funding by only requesting the items you need.
