Q. How do I assign Sage Campus content to my students?
The Course Assigner role is required to create cohorts and assign courses to students. You can request this role after creating your Sage Campus (https://proxy2.library.illinois.edu/login?url=https://classroom.sagepub.com/) account by clicking on the “My Campus” drop-down menu from your Dashboard and selecting “Become a Course Assigner.” Select Yes to confirm your request. Alternatively, you can request access by emailing ertech@library.illinois.edu.
Once you have Course Assigner access, you will be able to switch between the Learner and Course Assigner roles using the Role button in the upper right-hand corner.
Additional note: from the Course Assigner role, you are also able to create shareable links to specific content within courses to share with students. When you are in Sage Campus as a Course Assigner, click the “My Campus” menu and select “Share Content.” From there, select a course and module (and optionally a topic and section) to generate a link to that specific content.
