1.  The degrees conferred to individuals by the University are listed in many, but not all, of the Reports/Transactions of the Board of Trustees (BOT). 

Please note: names of individual graduates ceased to be included in the reports sometime in the 1970s, but may have returned in later years.  Consult the chart below to check for access to the BOT reports by year.

After clicking into a  specific volume:

  • Use the search inside tool (or CTRL + F) to look for the last name.
  • Check the index at the end of the volume for the name.

2.  If the individual's name is not found in the BOT reports, contact the University Archives for assistance.  They have other resources they can check.
