Only movies that have been granted Public Performance Rights can be shown to groups. You can find out if something in our collection has been granted Public Performance Rights by looking at the "Terms of Use" in the item's catalog record.

If the "Terms of Use" field says that the item has Public Performance Rights, this means that it can be shown to groups as long as no admission is charged.

If the item you wish to screen does not have Public Performance Rights, or if you have more questions, please view the Public Performance Rights policy, or contact the Acquisitions Department.
