During the Library's response to COVID, the circulation desk is not open for in person services. Please contact Central Circulation by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as they are not currently answering the phone. If you prefer to leave a voicemail, you should leave your netID or email in the message and Central Circulation can respond by email.
If an item will not renew when you try to renew it online, it is usually because it has been renewed as many times as allowed or it has been recalled for another patron. In either case the item needs to be returned. How many renewals you have depends on your borrowing privileges, which are based on your affiliation with the university.
If you still need the item, bring it to a circulation desk or contact circulation by phone or email. Library staff may be able to check it out to you a second time or help you find another copy.
