If the editor of a series so chooses, they can establish a review board (e.g., AFRO PWW). If an individual author requests peer review, we will work with liaison librarian to facilitate the process:
- Identify reviewers: Author and liaison librarian
- Send requests for single-blind review via OMP:SCP staff
- Review the reviews for quality and coherence: liaison librarian and SCP staff
- Share reviews with author: liaison librarian and SCP staff
- Manage revision process and communications with author: Liaison librarian (with help of SCP staff)
- Final decision: SCP EIC
