The library does not.  However, Canvas offers two integrations of the plagiarism detection software TurnItIn: the Canvas Plagiarism Framework (best for simple plagiarism detection) and the Turnitin external LTI tool(this includes full access to the Turnitin Feedback Studio, which is integrated with the Canvas Gradebook.
